WARRANTY INFORMATION

COVERAGE - Mattress Protectors, Sheets, & Pillows 

Sleep Partner ZZZ provides a limited 10-year warranty for mattress protectors and a 1-year warranty on Sheets and Pillows. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use during the warranty period. The Mattress Protector Warranty is valid with Protectors purchased together with a new mattress for household use if both items are shown on the same sales receipt. The implied warranties covering merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or any other considerations are valid for up to 10 years from the date of purchase. In the event that a defect in your protector leads to damage to your mattress, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the mattress. Please note that shipping and handling fees are your responsibility.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
1. Wear and Tear - Normal wear and tear that occurs with regular use of the product.
2. Misuse, Abuse, or Improper Maintenance - Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or
failure to properly maintain the product according to the instructions provided.
3. Stains or Discoloration - Any stains, discoloration, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the
functionality of the product.
4. Alterations or Repairs Conducted by Unauthorized Representatives - Any alterations, modifications,
or repairs conducted by individuals or entities not authorized by Sleep Partner ZZZ.
5. Damage Resulting from Transit or Handling - Damage that occurs during transit or handling after
the product has been received in good condition.

CLAIM PROCESS
If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service department at CSR@SleepPartnerzzz.com within the warranty period.
2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
3. Our customer service representative will guide you through the necessary steps for processing your warranty claim.

Exclusions: Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Additionally, this warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business, or inconvenience.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Sleep Partner ZZZ be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product.

Effective Date: This warranty is effective as of purchase and applies to all purchases made thereafter.

Disclaimer: This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the purchaser and Sleep Partner ZZZ regarding the product warranty and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Mattress Protector
Prior to initial use, it is recommended to wash your mattress protector.
- Please separate the mattress protector from other items during washing. Use caution with items
featuring heavy zippers, as they may cause abrasion and damage to the fabric during washing.
- Avoid overloading the washing machine, as excessive abrasion and agitation can lead to the breakdown of fibers.
- Use a gentle cycle with cold water rinse and a non-chlorine bleach detergent for washing in cold water.
- Use a mild liquid detergent, preferably non-alkaline, and ensure it does not contain added bleach or whiteners. Do not pour detergent directly onto the mattress protector. Instead, add it to the water as the wash tub fills or dilute it with water, and then add it to the mattress protector. Unless the mattress protector is heavily soiled, it is advisable to use only half the recommended amount of detergent.
- Do not use chlorine bleach on this product.
- Line drying is advised. Please do not use high heat or over-dry, as this will damage the fiber and cause shrinkage.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Sheet Sets

Pre-wash your linens before initial use. Separate linens from other items in the wash, particularly those with polyester or heavy zippers, as they may cause pilling and fabric damage. Avoid overloading the washing machine to prevent excessive abrasion and fiber breakdown. Wash with warm water and non-chlorine bleach detergent on a gentle cycle, followed by a cold water rinse.

Regarding detergent:
- Use mild liquid detergent, preferably non-alkaline and free of bleach or whiteners.
- Avoid pouring detergent directly onto linens; instead, add it to the water as the tub fills or dilute it
with water before adding linens.
- Unless heavily soiled, use only half the recommended amount of detergent.
- Do not use chlorine bleach, as it can weaken fibers and cause premature yellowing.
- Use an oxygen-based bleach if whitening is necessary.

Drying instructions: Line drying is recommended. Before tumble drying on low heat until slightly damp, shake out damp linens. Avoid high heat settings or over-drying, as they can weaken fibers, cause shrinkage, and reduce the lifespan of your linens. Promptly remove linens from the dryer while slightly damp to minimize wrinkles. Optionally, smooth and fold or press with an iron.
Regarding chemicals: Be cautious of hair and skin products containing oxidizing agents, as they may lead to discoloration and pilling of linens. Storage tips: Store linens in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. For long-term storage, wrap linens in white cotton or acid-free paper. Avoid storing linens in plastic bags or boxes, as they can cause permanent yellowing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS – Pillows
- Avoid exposure to sunlight, UV rays, or heat sources exceeding 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Store and use preferably at ambient temperatures between 65 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.
- The pillow is designed solely for supporting the head of individuals.
- Not suitable for children under 36 months of age.
- Avoid contact with sharp objects or edges that may cause tearing or cutting of the pillow.
- Do not wash or dry clean; spot clean only.
- Before first use, leave the pillow unpackaged in a dry, ventilated place for at least 12 hours.
- Using a pillow protector is recommended.
- Do not remove the internal protective cover; it should remain attached to the product at all times. Opening or breaking the protective cover will void the guarantee.

 

COVERAGE - Luxury Mattress Protectors 

Sleep Partner ZZZ provides a limited 20-year warranty for the Luxury Chill 5-Sided Mattress
Protector and Platinum Ice 5-Sided Mattress Protector. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use during the warranty period.
The Mattress Protector Warranty is valid for protectors purchased together with a new mattress for household use if both items are shown on the same sales receipt. The implied warranties covering merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or any other considerations are valid for up to 20 years from the date of purchase. In the event that a defect in your protector leads to damage to your mattress, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the mattress.
